By creating an account or using Boardoor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not create an account or use the Service.
Boardoor is a digital board game platform. The Service includes competitive play features using real-time communications and gameplay features using AI opponents.
Match results, behavior, response speed, and difficulty may vary due to network conditions, device performance, third-party services, algorithm updates, or other circumstances.
AI matches are provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reasonableness, or win rate of any AI decision or action.
You may register for an account using an email address and password or Google OAuth. You must keep your registration information true, accurate, and up to date.
You are responsible for the management and security of your account and may not permit any third party to use your account.
The assignment, lending, sharing, sale, or purchase of accounts is prohibited.
If external authentication such as a Google account becomes unavailable, we do not guarantee the continued availability of such external authentication.
You must not engage in any of the following:
All content, functionality, and design of the Service belong to the operator of Boardoor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Accounts, ratings, match records, titles, saved data, and similar game-related data or virtual items do not grant you any property right or other proprietary interest.
If such data is lost, corrupted, or becomes unavailable, we are not obligated to restore it except where restoration is required by applicable law.
We may suspend or stop all or part of the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, failures, system updates, communication line issues, disasters, legal compliance, or other reasons.
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service by providing notice with a reasonable advance period.
Ongoing matches, unused in-game rights, stored settings, and similar elements may be lost as a result of changes to or discontinuation of the Service.
Conditions for paid services will be displayed separately.
Subscriptions automatically renew until the required cancellation procedure is completed.
Except where required by applicable law, paid fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be provided.
If payment is processed through a third-party payment service, the terms of that third party also apply.
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Children under 13 may not register for an account or use the Service.
If you are a minor under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using the Service.
If a minor registers for an account or uses the Service, that minor is deemed to have obtained the consent of a legal guardian.
You represent and warrant that you are not and will not be organized crime, a member of an organized crime group, a company affiliated with organized crime, a corporate racketeer, or any similar anti-social force, and that you do not have any socially condemnable relationship with such parties.
If we determine that this representation or warranty has been breached, we may suspend use of the Service or delete your account without prior notice.
If we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, we may take measures without prior notice, including investigation, warning, feature restrictions, match invalidation, data correction, account suspension, or account deletion.
After withdrawal or account deletion, we may delete your data except for information that must be retained under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, we do not guarantee continuity, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, usefulness, security, or any other aspect of the Service.
The foregoing disclaimer applies to the extent it does not conflict with the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory laws.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
If these Terms of Service constitute a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, our liability for damages caused by ordinary negligence is limited to the total amount actually paid by the relevant user to us.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are also not liable for damages arising from suspension, stoppage, modification, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may change these Terms of Service where there is a reasonable necessity, including changes in laws, changes in the Service, security responses, or conformity with the general interests of users.
We will provide notice of the revised contents and effective date through postings within the Service or by similar means within a reasonable period before the effective date.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or the Service.
The Japanese version of these Terms of Service is the governing version.
If there is any inconsistency between the Japanese version and any translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

アカウントを作成し、又は Boardoor （以下「本サービス」という。）を利用することにより、利用者は本利用規約に同意したものとする。本利用規約に同意しない場合、アカウントを作成し、又は本サービスを利用することはできない。
Boardoorは、デジタルボードゲームプラットフォームである。本サービスには、リアルタイム通信を用いる対戦機能及びAIを用いた対戦機能が含まれる。
通信環境、端末性能、外部サービス、アルゴリズムの更新その他の事情により、対戦結果、挙動、応答速度又は難易度が変動することがある。
AI対戦は娯楽目的で提供されるものであり、当社は、AIの選択又は行動の正確性、妥当性又は勝率を保証しない。
利用者は、メールアドレス及びパスワード又はGoogle OAuthを用いてアカウント登録を行うことができる。利用者は、登録情報を真実、正確かつ最新の内容に保つものとする。
利用者は、自己の責任においてアカウントを管理し、その安全性を確保するものとし、第三者に利用させてはならない。
アカウントの譲渡、貸与、共有、売買その他これらに類する行為は禁止する。
Googleアカウントその他の外部認証が利用不能となった場合であっても、当社は、当該外部認証の提供継続を保証しない。
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはならない。
本サービスのコンテンツ、機能及びデザインに関する一切の権利は、Boardoorの運営者に帰属し、適用ある知的財産法により保護される。
アカウント、レーティング、対戦成績、称号、保存データその他これらに類するゲーム関連データ又は仮想的な権利は、利用者に対し、財産権その他の権利を付与するものではない。
当該データが消失し、毀損し、又は利用不能となった場合であっても、法令上復旧義務を負う場合を除き、当社はこれを復旧する義務を負わない。
当社は、保守、障害、システム更新、通信回線の不具合、災害、法令対応その他の事由により、事前の通知なく、本サービスの全部又は一部を中断し、又は停止することができる。
当社は、相当の予告期間をもって通知することにより、本サービスの全部又は一部を変更し、又は終了することができる。
進行中の対戦、未使用のゲーム内権利、保存中の設定その他これらに類する要素は、本サービスの変更又は終了に伴い消滅することがある。
有料サービスの条件は、別途本サービス上その他適切な方法で表示する。
サブスクリプションは、所定の解約手続が完了するまで自動的に更新される。
法令上義務付けられる場合を除き、支払済みの利用料金は返金せず、日割計算による返金も行わない。
第三者の決済サービスを経由して支払が行われる場合、当該第三者の規約その他の条件が適用される。
本サービスは13歳未満を対象としない。13歳未満の者は、アカウント登録又は本サービスの利用をしてはならない。
18歳未満の未成年者は、法定代理人の同意を得た上で本サービスを利用するものとする。
未成年者がアカウント登録又は本サービスの利用を行った場合、当該未成年者は法定代理人の同意を得ているものとみなす。
利用者は、自己が暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋その他これらに準ずる反社会的勢力に該当せず、かつこれらと社会的に非難されるべき関係を有しないことを表明し、保証する。
当社は、当該表明又は保証に違反したと判断した場合、催告なく、本サービスの利用停止又はアカウント削除その他必要な措置を講じることができる。
当社は、利用者が本利用規約に違反したと合理的に判断した場合、事前の通知なく、調査、警告、機能制限、マッチの無効化、データ修正、アカウント停止又は削除その他必要な措置を講じることができる。
退会又はアカウント削除後、法令上保存が必要な情報を除き、当社は利用者のデータを削除することができる。
当社は、強行法規により許容される範囲で、本サービスの継続性、完全性、正確性、特定目的適合性、有用性、セキュリティその他一切の事項について保証しない。
前項の免責は、消費者契約法その他の強行法規に反しない範囲で適用されるものとする。
当社は、故意又は重過失がある場合を除き、利用者による本サービスの利用又は利用不能に起因して生じた損害について責任を負わない。
本利用規約が消費者契約法上の消費者契約に該当する場合、当社の軽過失による損害賠償責任の上限は、当該利用者が現実に支払った対価の総額とする。
当社は、故意又は重過失がある場合を除き、本サービスの中断、停止、変更又は終了により生じた損害についても責任を負わない。
当社は、法令の変更、本サービス内容の変更、セキュリティ対応又は利用者の一般の利益への適合その他合理的な必要がある場合、本利用規約を変更することができる。
当社は、変更後の内容及び効力発生日を、効力発生日の相当前までに、本サービス上の表示その他相当な方法により周知する。
本利用規約は、日本法を準拠法とする。
本利用規約又は本サービスに関連して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所又は東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とする。
本利用規約は、日本語版を正文とする。
日本語版と翻訳版との間に齟齬がある場合には、日本語版が優先する。
