Prices inclusive of tax are displayed on each plan page and each product page. Shipping charges are displayed on checkout or on the relevant product page.
Shipping charges and any other customer charges are displayed on the checkout screen or the relevant product page. Boardoor pays Stripe payment processing fees for marketplace payments. Sellers pay the separately disclosed Boardoor platform fee, which is deducted from their payout and is not added to the buyer's total. Internet connection charges and communication fees are borne by the customer.

For subscriptions, the first payment is charged at the time of application, and subsequent charges are billed monthly on the automatic renewal date. For product purchases, payment must be made at the time of order or by the payment deadline specified by us.
Subscriptions become available for use immediately after payment is completed.
Regular products are shipped within the period stated on the product page after the order is confirmed. Pre-order products are shipped at the time stated on the product page.
Paid plans renew automatically and are charged every month unless the cancellation process is completed. If you wish to cancel, please complete the procedure via your account page or the inquiry form by the day before the next renewal date.
Subscriptions: Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided if you cancel during a billing month or year. After cancellation, monthly plans remain available until the end of the current month, and annual plans remain available until the end of the current annual term.
Marketplace products: The seller identified on the product page is the seller and merchant of record. Boardoor acts as an intermediary platform between sellers and buyers. Return or cancellation conditions may differ by seller. For customer-convenience cancellations, orders may be canceled only before shipment. Returns after shipment for customer convenience are handled at the seller's discretion.
If there is an initial defect, an incorrect shipment, or damage during delivery, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will investigate the situation and coordinate a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
The seller remains responsible for the sale. If a dispute or chargeback occurs, Boardoor may help investigate the order and payment records and coordinate the response through the marketplace payment integration with the relevant seller and payment provider.
Marketplace products are shipped to addresses within Japan only. International shipping is not supported at this time.
Boardoor acts as a marketplace platform. Each seller is the seller and merchant of record for their shop sales and is responsible for their products and business information. Boardoor's payment integration does not make Boardoor the seller of those products. For details about a seller's terms, policies, and contact information, please visit the seller's profile at /shop.
If a marketplace product does not conform to the contract, please contact us or the seller promptly after delivery. We will review the details and coordinate with the seller regarding an exchange, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.

送料その他お客様にご負担いただく費用は、購入手続画面または商品ページに表示します。marketplace 決済の Stripe 決済処理手数料は Boardoor が負担します。出品者には別途表示するプラットフォーム手数料が売上から差し引かれますが、購入者の支払額には加算されません。インターネット接続料金・通信料金はお客様のご負担となります。

サブスクリプションは申込み時に初回決済、以後は毎月自動更新日に課金されます。商品購入は注文時または当社が指定する支払期限までにお支払いいただきます。
サブスクリプションは決済完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます。
通常商品は注文確定後、商品ページ記載の期間内に発送します。予約商品は商品ページ記載の時期に発送します。
有料プランは、解約のお手続が完了しない限り、毎月自動で更新・課金されます。解約をご希望の場合は、次回更新日の前日までに、マイページまたはお問い合わせフォームからお手続ください。
サブスクリプション: 法令上認められる場合を除き、支払済みの利用料金は返金しません。月途中または年途中で解約された場合も日割返金は行いません。解約後も、月額プランは当月末まで、年額プランは当年分の契約期間満了日まで利用できます。
物販（marketplace）: 商品ページに表示される出品者が販売主体 （マーチャント・オブ・レコード）です。Boardoor は seller と buyer の取引を仲介するプラットフォームです。返品・交換・キャンセルの条件は seller ごとに異なる場合があります。お客様都合によるキャンセルは、発送前に限り可能です。発送後のお客様都合による返品は、各 seller の判断に委ねられます。
初期不良、誤配送、配送中の破損・事故があった場合は、商品到着後速やかにご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返品交換または返金にて対応します。
販売に関する責任は出品者が負います。チャージバックその他の dispute が発生した場合、Boardoor はマーケットプレイスの決済連携を通じて、注文情報・決済情報の確認と、関係する seller および決済事業者との調査・対応を支援することがあります。
物販（marketplace）商品は、日本国内の住所への発送のみに対応しています。国際配送はサポート対象外です。
Boardoor は marketplace プラットフォームです。各出品者は自身の販売について販売主体 （マーチャント・オブ・レコード）となり、商品および事業情報に責任を負います。Boardoor の決済連携によって Boardoor が商品の販売者になるものではありません。出品者の利用規約、ポリシー、連絡先などについては、/shopの出品者プロフィールをご確認ください。
marketplace 商品に契約不適合がある場合は、商品到着後速やかに当社または seller へご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、seller と連携して交換、再発送または返金の要否を調整します。
